Be sure to completely fill out your client profile so that we have a way to contact you if needed.

Appointments are confirmed only once you have paid for the service you have selected. Please be sure to review the payment policies outlined on the scheduling page.

If you do not wish to pay for your services through the PayPal option provided through the scheduling program or do not have a credit/debit card by which to do so, please call 417-233-0313 or417-505-9095 and someone will contact you within two business days to assist you.
